    👑The Queen`s  Platinum Jubilee 👑

Swansea Neath and Port Talbot Police division, in partnership with the Lord Lieutenant of West Glamorgan, Louise Fleet organised a competition for schools to celebrate the Queens green canopy and the 2022 Platinum Jubilee.

Our Local Police Officers PC Brown and PCSO Davies were blown away by the talented artists we have in Penclawdd , as all children in Reception to Year 6 took part (see images). The Officers had such a tough job and so chose a top 3 in all classes and then judged the best picture , from Seren in Year 6 . Seren`s picture will now be forwarded to the Community Safety Department at Neath Police Station for a booklet that will be published by South Wales Police in May 2022.One booklet will also  presented to The Queen. We are really excited that The Lord Lieutenant (or a deputy lieutenant) will then visit the school  to Seren in Y6, who was judges the winner. Well done Seren.

    💫Staff well-being

As a school we really value our hard working staff. On a weekly basis our staff can win a small treat. Last weeks winner was Shireen , our wonderful breakfast/lunch supervisor . She was thrilled!
