Mexico or Wales?
Science and Technology and Humanities
We spent the term learning about Wales and Mexico - their geography, their culture and what makes them unique. We focused on their cuisine and made and sampled many recipes and evaluated their taste, texture and appearance. We looked at the cooking techniques from both countries and then designed and made our own fusion dish. Our parents, carers and family came in to hear how we created our recipe and tried a sample. We then used their feedback to evaluate our fusion dish.
