Weekly HT Blog
Dear Parents/Carers,
It was strange week in school this week, as we were without our Y6’s for the majority of the week. They have had an amazing time in transition at Gowerton- meeting new friends and having a taster of Y7 life ! We can’t believe it’s nearly time to say farewell. They are currently having a blast in the Y6 leavers festival which is an annual Penclawdd tradition. Pictures to follow next week ! Next week will be there final week in primary and we will make it as special as we can.
Class swaps also took place this week and all the children had a fabulous time in their new classes. We are all looking to September now.

Out of 17 schools from South Wales , only 3 primary schools made the final and PPS was one! What a great experience our team had - Rose, Vega, Liam , Jack , Bradley and Jordan! Bradley CT won an RAF medal for making a paper plane that flew the distance!
Mrs Rees ( Digital Lead) has been working hard with the Coding group and is very proud of them all : `They have shown fantastic teamwork skills throughout and I was super proud of them . They were as cool as cucumbers during the live challenge , where they were able to programme the Robot to complete challenges to score points`.
