❤️As another memorable school year draws to a close here at Penclawdd Primary, I’m filled with pride and gratitude. It’s been a truly wonderful year – full of hard work, growth, and unforgettable moments. Leading this vibrant, caring school continues to be one of the greatest privileges of my career . Over the past 7 years as Headteacher, I’ve been continually inspired by what we can achieve together – pupils, staff, families, governors, and the wider community all playing a vital role in making Penclawdd the extraordinary place it is. I remain fully committed to ensuring our children have the very best experiences and outcomes in all we do.

❤️To our brilliant staff – thank you for being the heart and soul of the school. Your dedication, warmth, and creativity shine through daily. You go above and beyond in countless ways to create an environment where every child feels valued, supported, and excited to learn. You make Penclawdd more than just a school – you make it home - our Cynefin. Diolch o galon.

❤️To our dedicated Governing Body – your commitment, guidance, and care are so appreciated. Thank you for the time, energy and thought you give to ensuring the school continues to grow and thrive. Your support is a crucial part of our success, and we are incredibly lucky to have such a proactive and passionate team of governors.

❤️To our supportive families – thank you for everything you do. Your trust, encouragement, and ongoing partnership make such a difference. Together, we’re giving your children the confidence and opportunities they need to grow and flourish.

❤️To our amazing Friends of Penclawdd – your fundraising and support have once again gone above and beyond. From discos and fayres to kind donations and thoughtful gestures, your efforts are noticed and truly appreciated. Thank you for helping us add that extra bit of magic to our school year.

❤️To our wider community – thank you for continuing to wrap around our school with such warmth and generosity. Whether through local partnerships, sponsorships, donations, or simply showing up to support our events, your involvement helps our children see the power of community and the value of belonging.
