Dear Parents and Carers,
What a busy week ! Christmas is always super special in our school - we are very lucky.
Last Sunday Magical Melody, our School Choir (from Nursery - Year 6) performed at GG`s Christmas market/lights switch on. They were AWESOME - School Choir (from Nursery - Year 6) performed at GG`s Christmas market/lights switch on.
Y1 -Y6 : Concert tickets for the `Inn-Spectors`
As mentioned last week, the tickets are £2 each, and limited to two per family, per performance. Please, please do not attempt to purchase more than your allocation. We are keeping a reserve list for requests for extra tickets. We apologise that we cannot offer more tickets but we are bound by fire and safety restrictions. For this reason, we will also not be able to admit any entry without a ticket.

14th December – Our Choir sing at Swn Y Gan Nursing Home
16th December - `Sock it to us -Kids Cancer Charity event arranged by Izzy + friends
19th December - Y1-Y6 Christmas Concert - 1.15pm
19th December - R-Y6 Christmas Movie night - 3.10pm-5.30pm (Tickets on Squid)
20th December - Y1-Y6 Christmas Concert - 5.00pm
21st December - Elf School
21st December - Carols and hot choc on the yard parents invited - 3pm

Christmas Fayre 2022
Our Christmas Fayre has been scheduled for a 3pm start on Tuesday December 13th . All are welcome, so please spread the word! Our FoP (Friends of Penclawdd) are working very hard on putting a fantastic event together, but have asked whether families may also able to help run a stall ? Please contact Lynsey Wooliscroft or Rebecca Griffiths, if you can help out.
Thanks for the fab Tombola prizes . The FoP now need clean , in tact teddies for a teddy stall.
We have a raffle taking place with some great prizes. Tickets will be handed out to children on December 6th . Each family will have one strip of 5 tickets (for £5 a strip or £1 a ticket). There is no pressure to buy them all and you can return any you don`t want. Alternatively, we will be keeping spares at the school office, should you want extras.
Tabernacle
We are delighted to tell you about our next community event when the toddlers from Tabernacle Church Playgroup will visit us , is on Tuesday 13th December at 10am - 11am for some Christmas fun. The toddlers and babies will get the opportunity to meet our staff and to enjoy some wonderful Christmas fun activities. Tabernacle

Reduce, reuse , recycle - Our Eco Wombles
Dragon recycling : Recycle unwanted clothes and raise funds for our school!
Dragon Bags is a free fundraising scheme that helps schools across Wales raise funds through textile recycling. Please send in any clean, unwanted clothes in a carrier bag. Thanks for your support.
